Darrell Leon ''Ski'' Inskeep

Moline, Illinois Darrell L. "Ski" Inskeep, 76, of Moline, Illinois, died Sunday, May 19, 2002 in Trinity Medical Center, Rock Island. Memorial Services are 11 a.m. Saturday, June 1, 2002, at Community of Christ Church, Moline, Illinois, where he was a member. Elder Paul Lindberg will officiate. Trimble Funeral Home, Moline is in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be given to Community of Christ Church, Moline, Illinois. Darrell Leon Inskeep was born July 30, 1925, in Plano, Iowa, the son of Floyd Leon and Anna Marie (Vanderheyden) Inskeep. He married the former Mary C. Golden on January 1, 1948, in West Point, Georgia. Mr. Inskeep was employed as a packager at the John Deere Plow & Planter Company in Moline for 34 years, before retiring. Mr. Inskeep served his country in the United States Navy, during World War II on the U.S.S. Bob Evans. Survivors include his wife, Mary of Moline; a daughter and son-in-law; Julie and Mike Lundahl of Hampton, Illinois; three sons and daughters-in-law, Richard and Carolyn Inskeep of Olive Branch, Mississippi, Ronald and Sandra Inskeep of Alpha, Illinois, Randy and Cindy Inskeep of Moline, Illinois; a daughter-in-law, Theresa Inskeep of Sarasota, Florida; ten grandchildren, Elijah Inskeep, Silas Inskeep, Alecia Inskeep, Ronald Inskeep, Tommy Moyers, Justin Inskeep, Jennifer Inskeep, Ryan Inskeep, Anna Inskeep, and Amber Inskeep; two great-grandchildren, Remington Inskeep, and Anna Marie Inskeep.
