Cynthia J. Baldwin McCollom, 62, of Davenport, Iowa, died Monday, May 29, 2017, at home.

Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, under the direction of the Cremation Society of the Quad Cities. There will be no public services. Memorials may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

The former Cynthia Jean McCollom was born June 19, 1954, in Davenport, the daughter of Wayne and Pauline (Cooper) McCollom. She married Brett Baldwin on July 7, 2014. She had worked with Brett at Leisure Lanes in Davenport since 1999.

Cindy enjoyed being outdoors, specifically gardening, traveling and shopping for antiques, and reading. Above all else, she loved being with her family.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Brett; three children, Steven (Tiffany) Underwood of Orion, Illinois, Paula (Luis) Acosta of Davenport, and John (Rebecca) Korkie of Winterset, Iowa; 13 grandchildren; siblings, Patti McCollom (Tom Flach) of Ocala, Florida, C.W. (Barb) McCollom and Mark McCollom, all of Davenport; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and two sisters, Penny and Katherine.
