Cynthia Beason, 52, of Rock Island, Illinois, died Monday, January 5, 2015, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria, Illinois.

Services are 3:00 p.m. Wednesday in the Horizon Room at Trimble Funeral Home at Trimble Pointe, 701 12th Street, Moline. Visitation is one hour prior to services. Following services, cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory. Memorials may be made to the family.

Cynthia was born January 30, 1962, in Rock Island, the daughter of Robert Sr. and Tinnie (Hearn) Beason. She was employed by Promotional Support Services in Rock Island, before retiring due to her illness.

She leaves to cherish her memories and life a daughter, Teya Medlock of Rock Island; granddaughters, Jamaurya and Jaibrea Medlock of Rock Island; her paternal grandmother, Elnora Beason of Memphis, Tennessee; sisters and brother-in-law, Debra Beason of Virginia, Cheryl (Russell) Cowan of Memphis, Gwen and Camessa Beason of Rock Island, and Tina Beason of Davenport, Iowa; brothers and sisters-in-law, David (Kimberly) Hearn, Sr. of Rock Island, Chuck (Penelope) Beason of Rock Island, Robert L. Beason III of Davenport, and Rodney (Trenda) Beason of Davenport; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, unlces, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Sr. and Tinnie Beason, sisters, Linda and Darlene Beason, Gloria Irving, a brother, Michael Beason, a nephew, Terrance Beason, and a great-niece, Shania Wright.
