Christian P. Reiss

Christian P. Reiss, 62, of Davenport, Iowa, died Tuesday, November 27, 2018, at home.

Graveside services will be at Rock Island National Cemetery. Cremation will take place prior to burial at Trimble Crematory, Moline, under the direction of Trimble Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Christian Peter Reiss was born April 17, 1956, in Davenport, the son of Peter and Rosenia (Reichert) Reiss. He served in the U.S. Air Force and married Deena Ryner on May 20, 1995, in Davenport.

He enjoyed playing in pool leagues with his wife and bowling in his younger days.

Chris is survived by his wife, Deena; his father, Peter Reiss of Davenport; and a nephew, Aaron Reiss of South Carolina. He was preceded in death by his mother and a brother, Phillip Reiss.
