Beryle L. Taube, 84, of Coal Valley, died Tuesday, April 12, 2005, in Trinity Medical Center, Rock Island.
Services are 11 a.m. Friday in the Celebration of Life Chapel at Trimble Funeral and Cremation Center, Coal Valley, with The Reverend Robert Hagen officiating. Burial is in Coal Valley Cemetery. Visitation is 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, Coal Valley, where she was a member.
The former Beryle Lauretta Utts was born March 14, 1921, in Coal Valley, the daughter of James and Etta (Krapp) Utts. She married Carl E. Taube on April 3, 1937, in Rock Island. He died January 2, 1990. She was employed by the Coal Valley Post Office for several years.
Beryle is survived by a son and two daughters-in-law, Wayne and Mary Taube and Carole Taube, all of Coal Valley; five grandchildren and their spouses, Rick and Tara Taube, Chris and Debbi Taube, Kelly and Ila Taube, and Michael and Sherry Taube, all of Coal Valley, and Michelle and Todd Kahley of Orion; and eight great-grandchildren, Ryan, Brittany, Brian, Zachary, Courtney and Logan Taube and Zachary and Lauren Kahley. She was preceded in death by her husband and her son, James E. Taube, on January 14, 2005.
