Janet Jo Greim, 67, of Coal Valley, Illinois, died Tuesday, January 26, 2010, in Trinity Medical Center, Rock Island, Illinois.

Private family services will be held. Trimble Funeral and Cremation Center, Moline, is entrusted with arrangements.

The former Janet Jo Tappendorf was born January 13, 1943, in Davenport, Iowa, the daughter of Elmer and Lucille Hansen Tappendorf.

She is survived by her daughter, Debbie Sheffler of Coal Valley; her mother, Lucille Noack of Moline, and her brother, Jerry C. Tappendorf of Davenport.
