Renetta E. Wilson, 96, of Moline, Illinois, died Wednesday, August 04, 2010, in Hope Creek Care Center, East Moline, Illinois.

Private family services will be held. Burial is in Lynwood Cemetery, Galesburg. Trimble Funeral and Cremation Center, Moline, is entrusted with arrangements.

The former Renetta Elizabeth Youd was born March 30, 1914, in Rock Island, Illinois, the daughter of William and Delia Gustus Youd. She married William W. Wilson on July 16, 1935, in Clinton, Iowa. He died July 26, 1980. She enjoyed bingo, bunco, crocheting and knitting.

Renetta is survived by three children, Janet Almquist and her husband Ron of Bridgewater, New Jersey, Judy Kettler of Coal Valley, Illinois, and Steven Wilson of Moline; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and her brother and sister-in-law, Arthur and Lucille Youd of Moline. She was preceded in death by her husband, seven sisters and one brother.
