Flora D. Willett, 79, of Moline, Illinois, died Sunday, January 31, 2010, in Trinity Pathway Hospice at Terrace Park, Bettendorf, Iowa.

At her request, no public services will be held. Burial is in Rose Lawn Memorial Estates, Moline. Trimble Funeral and Cremation Center, Moline, is assisting the family.

The former Flora Dora Potter was born May 3, 1930, in Des Moines, Iowa, the daughter of Ray and Flora (Coffman) Potter.

Flora worked as an occupational health nurse for the John Deere Foundry for 17 years, retiring in 1992.

She is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Pam and James Rowe of Akron, Ohio, and Laurel and William Derr of Jacksonville, Florida, a son and daughter-in-law, Thomas R. and Susan Willett of Berwyn, Illinois, six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister, Edith Potter.
